Happy (late) Thanksgiving, dear watchers and random bypassers. I love this time of year; the weather is perfect for my taste; gratitude is thick within the atmosphere; families gather together- Thanksgiving. Lately, since exploring Christianity within more depth, I think my eyes are more widely open to the blessings within my life. This time last year, I didn't really give a crap about what anyone had to say to me about "blessings", it all seemed jibberish to me. I'm so thankful that I've seen this.

Thanksgiving.

It warms my heart to see that they added God in there. Lol I wanted to point that out raight quickly therr.

Anyway. A couple of weeks ago, with the rest of my freshmen class, I attended a tour of DCS, Department of Children's Services. I, honestly, love that place now, and, for some reason, I really want to go do volunteer work. That's been heavy on my heart lately. A sign? Maybe. Will I take advantage of it? Imma try to. These poor little kids... :/ The children there are orphans- that's made me realize how much more I should value that I actually have a family. So, my point in this lil' section here: we, as a class, received cards with a picture of an orphan on each, a small description of their intrests and an adoption number. The child I received is actually around my age, but her name is Jasmine, and I'd reeeeaaaalllyyy appreciate it. Keep her in mind, if you would.

What does Thanksgiving mean to you? And, as I'm speaking my opinion, if yours is different, don't take offense to any of what I'm saying; I'm not trying to cause any trouble, I promise.

I'm soooo sad November is almost over. Dx

Okay. My AMAZING friend here, , is the best advice giver in the history of advice giving, TBH. Goodness. She always gives the simplest, easiest to do, managable, dry cut answers. That is awesome. I don't know that many people (not saying I don't know any) that re-enforce my first thoughts as an answer. When I have a problem, I usually think of the most obvious answer, but, me, being the over-thinker, I have to bash that idea into nothing, stab it woth a fork, and burn it with a flamethrower- then, along comes mai frand. She gives me "Just talk to her." And I'm like: "8D UHHURHUR! GOOD IDEAR." Lolol ty, mai darlin', you're a really good friend and I'm glad you're so dependable; I'm also super friggin' jealous of your writing capabilities. I look up to you quite a bit.

I dunno why... sometimes I find it oddly difficult to give someone a simple answer... Hmm. >_>
